We have no strict minimum order quantity. We work with single-piece prototype orders as well as bulk production runs. Pricing per unit improves with higher quantities — contact us for volume pricing.

Yes. For custom orders, we create 2D/3D CAD drawings based on your specifications and share them for approval before fabrication begins. Changes at this stage are free. Production starts only after your sign-off.

Absolutely. All our enclosures are made to order. Using in-house CNC bending and laser cutting (up to 6mm), we fabricate any size and shape to match your exact drawings — no standard-size limitations.

We offer multi-colour powder coating and can match any RAL colour code you specify. Standard finish is RAL 7035 (light grey). Custom colours are available at no significant upcharge for most order sizes.

Yes. We can add:

• Cable gland knockouts or pre-fitted glands
• DIN rail and cable duct mounting plates
• Ventilation louvres and fan cutouts
• Lock mechanisms, hinges, and handles
• Earthing studs and nameplate holders

Yes. We manufacture enclosures in SS304 and SS316 grades, suitable for food processing, pharma, chemical, and marine environments. SS316 is recommended for highly corrosive or coastal installations. Available in brushed or electropolished finish.

Standard orders are delivered within 7–10 working days from design approval. Complex custom assemblies or large-volume orders may require 2–4 weeks. A committed delivery date is confirmed in your quotation.

Yes, we ship pan-India via road freight and courier. For international orders (we are an exporter), we support sea and air freight with full commercial documentation. Freight charges depend on weight, dimensions, and destination.

Enclosures are packed in corrugated boxes with foam padding to prevent transit damage. Large assemblies are crated or palletised. Full documentation (packing list, test certificates, drawings) is included with every shipment.

We manufacture enclosures rated from IP55 up to IP67. IP65 is most commonly requested (dust-tight and water-jet protected). IP67 enclosures are available in SS or GRP variants. Please specify your IP rating when requesting a quote.

Our enclosures comply with IEC 60529 (IP ratings), relevant IS standards for electrical panels, and applicable industrial safety codes. For export orders, we produce documentation aligned with client-specified international standards.

We work with 1.2mm to 3mm CRCA/GI sheet for standard enclosures and 1.5mm to 3mm SS for stainless steel variants. Our laser cutter handles up to 6mm for structural components.

Yes. Our engineering team provides on-site commissioning and installation support for complex panel assemblies — standard within Hyderabad and Telangana, and arrangeable for other locations based on project scope.

Every order undergoes quality inspection before dispatch. If any defect or mismatch against approved drawings is found upon delivery, we rectify or replace at no cost. Contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and your order reference.

Yes. We archive all approved drawings from previous orders. For repeat orders, simply reference your previous order number and we'll ensure perfect consistency across batches with faster turnaround.
